The value of your voucher can be for a specific Pod or the Lodge, or it can be an amount of your choosing which will be discounted from the fee the recipient pays at the time of booking.

Simply get in touch by email info@alpacalodge.co.uk to confirm what value you wish to purchase and once payment has been made you will receive a Gift Voucher to print out to give as your gift.

The voucher is not refundable.

The voucher is valid for any check-in dates, depending on availability, and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the booking value is greater than the voucher you will need to pay the extra at the time of booking.
